Job Purpose:
To oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to the project plan, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise technicians and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Foreman.
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower availability.
• Conduct daily inspections for quality and safety.
• Maintain site records, checklists, and photos.
• Report site issues and delays promptly.
• Quantity take off and preparation of orders.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Technical Certification.
• 6–8 years in fit-out or construction supervision roles.
• Fit-out standards, technical drawings, safety procedures.
• Leadership, attention to detail, scheduling, reporting.
