Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring technical compliance, timely execution, and cost control.

Job Responsibilities:
• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare material take-offs and execution plans.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for approvals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

• 7 - 9 years in fit-out/project execution, preferably in interior projects or FM.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, project budgeting, UAE fit-out regulations.
• Skilled in Project planning, technical knowledge, team coordination, documentation, client handling.
