Soft FM Services Supervisor
Job Purpose:
To conduct regular onsite inspections and audits of third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and airport authority standards for soft services. This role ensures that service delivery aligns with the expectations outlined in the Contract and Service Operation Manuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and monitor the day-to-day delivery of soft services (cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, etc.) performed by third-party service providers. • Conduct regular site inspections and audits in Maximo to verify service compliance against agreed KPIs, scope of work, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure adherence to safety protocols, airport regulations, and managing agent standards.
• Produce detailed reports on service quality, operational performance, incidents, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Support service mobilization processes, including induction, training coordination, and onboarding of new contractors in line with client expectations.
• Monitor and report on the availability and use of consumables and equipment to maintain operational continuity.
• Evaluate and track service provider performance, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds contractual benchmarks and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, asset information, and audit logs using the Maximo system.
• Liaise with client stakeholders and coordinate joint audits and inspections using Maximo to track compliance and performance data.
• Provide operational support during peak periods, including flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a background in Facilities Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in soft services, ideally within an airport or critical infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in using Maximo, particularly inspection and audit functionalities.
• Proven ability to work within a client-representative capacity, holding service providers accountable for performance.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
