Job Purpose:
To carry out onsite inspection of third party service contractors to ensure compliance with Contract and Service Operation Manuals in accordance with company requirements for projects and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily soft services operations (cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, etc.).
• Ensure all tasks are completed as per scope of work and agreed schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure their compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on service delivery, incidents, and improvement areas.
• Support the mobilization of new contracts and staff training as required.
• Assist with inventory management of consumables and equipment for soft services.
• Manage service provider KPIs to ensure performance meets expectations.
• Maintain accurate property records on FSI system.
• Generate reports as per management and client requirements.
• Coordinate with service providers and support property events as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to operational needs, including working outside normal hours if required.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Construction or Facility Service.
• Supervision Experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction or Facility Service Supervision Experience.
• Sound knowledge of contractor or subcontractor supervision and related disciplines.
